After the initial launch of ECS (Electronic Customer Service), I created this quick survey to gauge satisfaction with the new system. For continuity of experience, the brand color of each survey was matched to the brand the customer used. For example, the customer that has a Kohl’s credit card and sees Kohls branding in ECS received a Kohls branded survey.
