Our client’s manager workflow was outdated and required the use of many different enterprise portal sites as well as a cumbersome paper trail. They needed a better, more modern way to work and they needed it fast.
Our solution was My Prudential Essentials for Managers, a mobile-first experience designed to put all the information a manager needs to make decisions right in the palm of her hand. The top level of the experience was designed so that crucial information would be easy to access on the go. Data integration made it possible for complicated information that once took hours to compile and analyze to be displayed in easy to scan graphs.
The site was launched in November of 2015. Initial numbers looked great – 52% of managers accessed the site in the first month and our survey indicated that the experience is a success.
